Procedure of Transaction

- Buyer confirms soft offer and all terms and conditions are accepted issue LOI, ICPO with full bank and company details address to seller with letter indicating buyers' acceptance and willingness to proceed with transaction.

- The seller confirms and provides the buyer with FCO draft contract, which is open to revisions.

- The buyer returns the countersigned agreement to the seller along with the letter of acknowledgment and scanned copies of the buyer's company registration license.

- Seller Issues to Buyer, Product Availability Statement, Certificate of Commencement, Commercial Invoice/ Confirmation of Sale of Item. These documents should be sent by email and the original copies will be sent to the buyer via courier after the shipping documents are processed.

- The seller appoints a shipping company and sends the full details of the shipping company to the buyer.

- The buyer contacts the shipping company and signs the shipping contract with the shipper Company.

- The buyer's bank issues an irrevocable revolving letter of credit SBLC, DLC, LC. A written acceptance by the buyer of model ICC 458 by top 5 to 10 world-ranked banks.

- The SGS inspection shall be accepted by the seller at the port of loading and by the buyer at the port of discharge.

- Delivery starts as scheduled Buyers receive payment to Seller by Swift Fund Transfer within 24hrs or 3 days banking days after clearance of goods and complete relevant shipping documentation for immediate negotiation prime Banks.
